Summer 2025 - The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic, the apartment is ok but I would like to suggest that when handing over the room to the guest, ask for the full name and correct phone number... because I had a duplicate name and received the wrong room (I booked a 3-bed apartment, when I received it, it was 2 beds) I was a bit inconvenienced when it took time to respond to verify the room... thanks...

I booked 2 deluxe studio rooms. Arriving in the afternoon, the lobby was crowded with people. The location is very good but the service is very bad if you want a convenient stay. The receptionist was apprehensive when she saw that there was only 1 room left as requested. She apologized for assigning the wrong room to another guest and asked me to change room the next day. After a comfortable 7-day vacation in Nha Trang, I wanted to stay in Quy Nhon too. But not at all as expected☹️. The apartment is not clean. The smell of the toilet wafted into the living room. Many damp spots from the ceiling due to water from the air conditioner... lack of basic appliances... in short, an unsatisfactory experience and if I come back, I will not choose this apartment style. Nice location but service is not suitable for rest
