Very quiet and nice hotel, great pool area, spa and gym. Restaurant was great but appeared to have some new servers that lacked in ... service and knowing a how a meal progresses.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mondrian, with great service. One small thing troubled us.,.. we did not want breakfast in the mornings of our stay, we only wanted coffee. I didn’t make coffee in my room because there was no milk. We went to the restaurant on the ground floor and told them we are guests and only wanted coffee. They brought us coffee but charged us 12 euros. This is an expensive hotel so I was surprised we had to pay for coffee!

The hotel needs to take further strides with improving customer services and enforcing diversity and inclusion. There were multiple occasions that occurred during the visit where the hotel fell below the standards of a five star establishment. I would not be returning unless extensive training has been given to key members. Despite the negative experience, Vincent was amazing and I cannot fault how he made our stay wonderful, despite these disgusting moments.

The hotel is beautiful new and bright. Although our room had no view, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay The front desk team is on top of things. They made our arrival and leaving pleasant. In particular I would like to thank Eloise for her outstanding client service 👍

Excellent staff, friendly service

This is a lovely and very modern hotel. Amenities were great (hamam, pool, gym, etc) although we didn't have time to use them. Service was impeccable -- everyone was super attentive -- and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience

This is an amazing hotel. Service and comfort and style. Location is a little out of the way from downtown but it’s a pleasant walk or short uber. Really liked this hotel and had a wonderful stay.

We stayed 4 days in this beautiful hotel, and it was amazing, since you enter through the door the staff is extremely kind. The facilities are modern, clean and beautiful, the rooms are elegant and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. It’s close of the main attractions but at the same time far from the noise. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Incredible staff. Gorgeous hotel. Amazing design. Sumptuous rooms. Wonderful spa. So many reasons to come back but the best thing was the staff. I’ve rarely been to a hotel where everyone is so kind, professsional and friendly. Go, you won’t regret it!!!

The rooms are luxurious and quiet. We only stayed one night - enjoyed the walk ability of the location. The bed was comfortable with beautiful linens

The property is immaculate, elegant and the service is definitely 5 star. Has a decent gym and a lovely indoor heated pool / steam room area that is great! The room layout itself was beautiful, well planned and spacious. The shower was super easy to figure out. Has a delicious breakfast buffet. Honestly, i will probably seek to stay here every time I return to Bordeaux.

The staff was incredibly friendly and mostly had great follow through. We were a little bothered and surprised that we could not have a place to enjoy a glass of wine we had brought with my clients without paying huge corking fees. Also our room had a couple things not working - nothing major but we had to ask twice for it to be addressed. The restaurant is delicious, the valets were wonderful and the breakfast staff very detail oriented and great service.
