The room was tidy, unfortunately the soap and shampoo were empty, nothing was in them.

The hotel location does not match the Google Maps address and costs money just to find the address.

Strategic location, near the city center, near the Istiqomah Banjarbaru Mosque, near places to eat.

Very bad, bad facilities, smelly room, dirty, no TV channels, hot water is off, dirty bathroom, poor service, leaking rain, expensive price 520 thousand without breakfast. Will not come back here again

I went to the receptionist to inform her that I wanted to check in, then she asked me to wait. After waiting for 30 minutes, when I came back to the receptionist, it turned out that she had forgotten to process my check in.

Complete suffering. When it rains, it leaks. There is no parking space. The service is rude. The water is blocked. The bathroom water heater is broken. The drinking water heater is not provided. The AC is not cold enough. The price is expensive too. All in all, I regret it.

It doesn't match the photo, I'm very disappointed 😒.
