Convenient location, near shopping center

I didn't expect a hotel this bad with the price I paid, first the receptionist was only equipped with 1 writing desk, the elevator was very slow often jammed, there was no table in the room, only a shelf in the corner, no telephone, the bathroom was dirty, the room was very small, the hotel location was difficult to find because the hotel logo was very small and not visible, I only lasted 2 hours since checking in and immediately checking out, after I got a replacement hotel with a price not much different but the facilities were very good. Can't ask for a refund to the app.

Staying because of transit, the hotel location is very good, close to the airport about 15 minutes. The location is in the Imago mall area, walking only 5 minutes (+/- 150 meters). Comfortable sleep even though almost every 5 minutes until midnight the sound of planes landing. If you are lucky and get a room in the corner, you can see the planes landing very close. To check-in you have to climb a few stairs, take the elevator, go up to the 1st floor and meet a friendly and fast-moving receptionist. It's a bit troublesome for those with large and heavy luggage. For food, there are many choices around the hotel. There is Seven Eleven, and others. Modern minimalist rooms, clean and complete.
