I hate to say it but our stay was very disappointing... Hotel room hallways have an ambiance of a prison...is not located in the best of areas in Vienna...and no decent local restaurants! To make matters worse hotel restaurant does not serve dinner! Parking situation is NOT guest friendly at all & directions were awful! Buffet breakfast was lacking...runny scramble eggs was unappetizing! Young staff were friendly & helpful...bartenders were superb...but staff were not identifiable...no uniform or name tag! Housekeeping staff was top notch...rooms clean & spotless! Sorry for the not so good rating but we are on a 21 day European roadtrip & ARCOTEL was just not what we expected...

Excellent hotel overall, couldn’t fault it for comfort, cleanliness, value and location. It was well worth adding on breakfast as it kept us going most of the day, it was a great choice of buffet. There isn’t any concierge help as such, the receptionist checking us in did not answer in much detail any questions (we were the only people in reception) but the Wien travel app is really good once you have worked out ticket purchase and direction. Bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff was very good. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Very cheap rooms. Very uncomfortable. No closets, no night stand, not a single lamp or light in the room above eye height, very dark at night. Open place to hang clothes, that's it. This is ABSOLUTELY not a 4-star hotel. The room is 2-star level. Location is very subpar also - too far from center of town. Breakfast is OK. Some in the staff are very unhelpful - our AC didn't work for a full day (it was so uncomfortable), yet they first refused to do change our room when they couldn't fix it. Only after a strong word with them they changed our room. Only 3 irons for 157 rooms! So don't expect to be able to iron your clothes. No mini fridge in the room. Tiny hot water kettle. No weighing scale in the entire hotel. No concierge or anyone to help with luggage. Everything is cheap and poor. I would never, ever stay here. Very "legal" type behavior of one staff member with us - who kept on making excuses, and wouldn't give us the room until EXACTLY 3pm, their official check-in time. Come on, this is your hospitality level? Shameful, since the room magically became available EXACTLY at 3PM.

The rooms were clean, good firm matresses and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is average. You might want to order a coffee and get a croissant in a close by bakery. No parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unloading can be a bit difficult if you have bigger luggages. Close by parking garages are available.

Positive: clean, walking distance to grocery stores and food stores, friendly staff, waking distance to train, bus and underground trains. Bar open till midnight with reasonable prices Negative: To get to the city, need to take tube/underground train. Matress wasn’t good parking too expensive to park safe 35 euro/day

Great spot. Hate the grey hallways..Makes the hallways too dark. Otherwise, beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. Accessible to lots.

No fridge! No door for the shower! A bit strange!

We had a really wonderful stay at the Arcotel during our time in Vienna. The whole place felt very modern and clean, which we appreciated as soon as we walked in. One of the best features was the option for self-check-in and check-out; it made the whole process so quick and seamless, though the staff was still right there to be helpful. Every time we had a question, they were quick to address it with a great attitude. The location turned out to be very convenient as well. It is only about a two-minute walk to the tram station, so getting into the center of the city or to any of the major sights was incredibly easy. They also have a good-sized gym and a nice bar on-site. We didn't actually have a chance to use them while we were there, but it was nice to know they were available. Overall, it was a great experience and a very comfortable home base for our visit.

Wonderful stay, staff really friendly, clean and quiet room.

The hotel itself was very clean, bed comfortable, and quite spacious. The only addition which would have been beneficial would have been a mini fridge, as my room did not have one. It was nice to have the addition of the gym, which was very clean, and had well maintained equipment. The location of the hotel was convenient, with public transport links, shops, and restaurants nearby. However, it was also not far to walk into the main centre. Staff were helpful although my interactions with them were limited. Overall I would highly recommend!

Great hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Arcotel AQ. The room was large and comfortable, perfectly clean. The gym contains all the equipment you need for a good workout. The breakfast was great quality with a wide range of hot and cold food and drink. It is situated near a metro station and a tram station with easy access to the centre. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious room waited for me. Very comfortable bed was an asset and the breakfast was delicious with great selection of food. Recommended Hotel!

The rooms are large and well appointed, including a large balcony with seating. The hotel is on the 5th and 6th floors, so an elevator up to reception. The breakfast provided lots of food options.
