Very friendly staff. Very nice beautiful room with awesome furniture, very clean. Food too expensive for quality, and more vegetarian options should be possible. Often bad smell in the amazing beautiful restaurant.

So I checked their official website and contacted the official WhatsApp number. I booked the half-day trip 1 and 2, and also the full-day trip (you can find this on the website). There is a list of places that they are going to visit. I was disappointed that they removed some places without telling us first. In here, we also noticed our fault that we didn’t ask the guide what places we were visiting. We just realized after we finished the trip and checked our photos' map, and it wasn’t the place that we were supposed to go. So not only did they remove some places, they also switched the places without telling us. I appreciate that in the end, they compensated us by reducing 500,000 rupiah per place they removed. My suggestion for whoever wanted to book the trip: better book from another place. First, they marked up the price too high, and also for the half-day trip 2, they didn’t use their boat; instead, they used third-party agents, so yeah, not worth the money. The room itself is amazing, except at night there was this sound coming from the curtains, and it’s quite annoying. They gave and refilled your water twice a day. Lunch and dinner are only available at the resort, and you can’t get it anywhere else. But the food is amazing as well, from our perspective and according to our taste buds.

It was so much fun staying here! Even though the road access was difficult (they said), because we had just finished sailing, we were taken straight to the resort by speedboat! We also took the speedboat back home. It was super clean and free! I want to come back soon.

Location is calm and perfect for relaxing, we have good vibe here. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Meals are very delicious. Room for improvement is the sound of room's Air Conditioner need to be fixed maybe because it hanging on wood wall. Overall we enjoy the resort and activity here. The hotel staff are all friendly and responsive. Wow, the view is beautiful, and the rooms are kept clean.

The staff were friendly and attentive to your needs. I would say remote location but worth it, calm and tranquil, match my introvert soul.

It was a wonderful experience staying at menjaga bay. All the staffs are amazing, we got the overwater suite and it was beautiful; we got to see stars and moon from the balcony at night, we even got to fishing and swim from our room. It was totally wonderful and will definetily do it again

Hotel was good. Room was spacious. Complimentary biscuits every night were a treat. In room coffee and loose tea were exceptionally good. The tea diffuser was brilliant. The air on took some time to start up. Would’ve been nice if they had pre-cooled the room before we got there. The afternoon was sweltering after a long journey. Room cleaning service was good. They didn’t leave an extra bottle of water so we ran out but that wasn’t a major issue. Reception was always contactable via WhatsApp and things were normally sorted out within a few minutes. Amenities are lovely at the hotel. The poolside relaxation area was great (please keep more towels so that guests may enjoy). The spa was great. Kayaking and snorkelling gear were really good. Had no issues. Arranging of trips, tours etc were done flawlessly. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. They took care to keep food separate and halaal for us. Made us feel really comfortable. Special mention to the following staff that really made our stay enjoyable: Putri, Robert, Sally and Celine.

The resort itself is nice, but I feel like it's just a series of unpleasant experience. - The location is very secluded and can ONLY be reached by boat, and the boat they provide isn't the type of boat I expected from so called Luxury Resort. - They really need to do pest control. Gecko, ant, fly, bee, and especially milipede are everywhere. The amount of the millipede is carzyyyy and they are everywhere like toilet, shower room, powder room, pool and bedroom. - Not many choices on the menu and I feel like the price is too expensive for the quality they offered.
