Strategically located in the BSD business center yet economical

Overall it's okay, but the noise from motorbikes outside is really annoying.

The hotel is easily accessible, located right on the road and clearly visible, close to ICE BSD. It's close to food stalls, Alfamart, and the prices are affordable 🙂👍

The room was dirty and poorly maintained, the sheets were stained, damp, and smelly. It wasn't worth checking into. We checked out less than an hour after checking in.

The location is pretty good, parking is difficult.

It's comfortable, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, and the bed is comfortable to sleep on.

Nice staff, cool and fairly large room, but unfortunately the TV didn't work.

The lack of noise when the water is turned on from other rooms is surprising, the TV can't be turned on at all, the toilet is just not clean, the ceiling is not clean and the lights are off, the rest is nice and comfortable for rest

Positive side: Access to ICE, mini market, and hangout spots is very easy. Free Wi-Fi with fast and stable connection. AC cools quickly. The room is quite spacious. There's a balcony that can be opened for fresher air. Hot water is optimal. The room price is the most affordable with this facility and access. Challenge: Must park on the public road if bringing a private car, no chairs, no trash can in the room, the TV cannot be turned on, the room is not clean and not tidy, but it seems safe from pests and infectious diseases. Overall: Worth the price, very OK for me.

Very close to ICE. Very easy access to events in the area & the room rates are among the most affordable. You get what you pay for. Parking is on the public road, but fortunately it's free, safe, and doesn't invite fights/fights between neighbors. The room is not very clean, not very tidy, but still safe - still no strange pests & doesn't cause skin diseases. The TV won't turn on - but oh well, it makes you able to focus on resting. There are no chairs. So if you want to work seriously, try stopping by Kopi Nako. Hehehe. The trash can is only outside with a small size, at first I was confused about where to throw the toilet paper waste. Finally solved it by bringing my own plastic bag. Other Free & fast Wi-Fi, AC cools quickly, hot water works quite optimally (if for shampooing - maybe there isn't enough hot water), the room is quite spacious, there is a balcony that can be opened - the air is fresher, finding food / looking for anything is easy as everything feels close - can be reached by walking. 😃 For this price, it's appropriate - it's perfectly fine for me 😃

There is no mat in front of the bathroom, the toilet bidet hose is leaking (cannot be used), there is no chair.

Dirty room, not cleaned beforehand. Served by security. Highly not recommended. Poor service.

The best quality budget accommodation I have ever tried.

1. Deposits must be paid in cash. No transfers even for a single day, so it's still a deposit. 2. The sheets and blankets were incredibly dirty, stained from the moment we arrived. Luckily, check-out wasn't crowded. 3. The AC was cold, but the water was hot, and the TV wouldn't turn on. 4. The bathroom was dirty, with rusty washer and showerheads. 5. The corridor was incredibly noisy at 1 a.m., someone was singing "For Revenge"—a denial. Imagine that screaming song at 1 a.m. 6. The activity of the people next door was very audible. I stayed in room 806, but it should have been 804 next door. 7. I stayed here on the last day of GIIAS at ICE (the loading area), so the noise of trucks backing up was incredibly loud until 3 or 4 a.m. 8. The Wi-Fi was okay, and the deposit was immediately returned upon key exchange. 9. Oh yeah, check-in was a bit complicated because you had to scan a barcode and fill out a profile. And if I make a mistake, I have to start over. Oh my, sometimes it takes me 10-15 minutes just to check in, and the staff are unfriendly (the security guard who handles check-ins, haha, I don't know where the real receptionist is 🤣)

Okay, the place is flexible, but it's a shame the walls are a bit noisy, as they don't seem to dampen the sound.

The hotel was clean, neat, and tidy. But unfortunately, the TV was broken and could not be used at all. There was no cable or TV decoder plugged in. The bathroom was clean and odorless. In the bedroom, everything looks well but needs to be improved. The linen was a little dirty with some stains on it. I hope the bed sheets are checked regularly. Unclean linen should be replaced soon with new ones. The hotel's location is very strategic, near AEON Mall, near Prasmul University, and ICE BSD Convention Center.

The room was extremely dirty and unsanitary. There was mold in the room and bathroom. The mattress was extremely dirty and had many unknown stains. While the location is good, it was extremely uncomfortable to stay here. I recommend booking another, better, and more affordable hotel. I was so overwhelmed that I checked out on the first night and moved to another hotel.

The place is easy to find, located on the side of the road, close to ICE only 5 minutes walk, close to Alfamart, Kopi Nako, Circle K and warteg. The facilities of this inn are: - There is an elevator - Get toothbrush + soap - Provided towels (although dirty) - 1 clothes hanger - There are 2 power outlets in the room and 1 power outlet in the bathroom - 1 small table + 1 chair - 1 small wardrobe - 1 shoe rack - No bottled water but provided water dispenser + microwave in the hallway - Balcony - AC - TV (but no TV remote provided) - Water Heater. For the size of the bed is very large, very spacious can be for 4, only the pillow is too high so it is not comfortable to sleep. The sheets are also not very clean (lots of stains). The room is quite spacious but tends to be damp. The AC is very cold and the water heater works well. The shower and toilet area has a partition, but the cupboard in the bathroom inside is moldy. The bathroom floor is not slippery and the bathroom does not smell bad. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful during check-in (a 100,000 Rupiah deposit is required for the access card). No ID card is required; just a photo is required when filling out the information. Overall, this accommodation is relatively clean and comfortable for the price.

You get what you pay for. Cheap prices mean noisy air conditioning, poor water flow, and a musty smell in the room, likely from the garbage disposal.
