Minuses: - Some of the staff were very unfriendly. - Had to wait approximately 30 minutes to check in because they were claiming the room was still being cleaned. - Had to ask repeatedly for the room to be cleaned. - Bedsheets had lots of yellow stains/etc.

The bathroom was fragile and the wood of the bedside table was falling off.

The room was very comfortable, in line with hotels in general, the room was nice. The downside was that check-in was at 2:00 PM, but even after it was postponed to 3:00 PM, we still had to wait 15 minutes. Initially, I thought I would get compensation, but it turned out I didn't. There were no clothes hangers in the room, and the TV couldn't be used and was off.

The hotel feels like a boarding house, you have to get angry first before the room is cleaned even though you've been warned many times, sorry

The downside is that when I was there, the elevator was broken and I had to take the stairs from the 9th floor to the 1st floor. Every corner of the floor was dirty and the stairs were full of dust, making it very uncomfortable to walk on. There was no hot water, no drinking water, no bathroom cloth, and the towels were worn out.
