Bad service, bad room, as good as booking

The room is beautiful, new, has a beautiful sea view, nice location, quiet, suitable for relaxation, however, it seems that the apartments here are sold to individual owners. I booked SG happy house but the service was poor, I called 3,4 times and waited more than 20 minutes to receive the room, the air conditioner and TV remote ran out of battery, couldn't be used, the air conditioner was only cool enough like a fan even though it was turned on at full capacity, the room was not cleaned, the kitchen counter was dirty and dusty, there were trams and escalators to go up and down, the tram waiting time was a bit long, but the security guards and tram drivers were cute and enthusiastic.

The room was not clean, the transportation service was not good, there was no water, slippers, etc. In general, compared to the first time I went, this time was too bad.

Nghia's younger brother supported check-in well and enthusiastically. The room was nice and clean. The room had an electric stove and microwave but no dishes, pots, chopsticks, and spoons. Couldn't get to the swimming pool area and had to buy a ticket because there was no connection with the hotel. It was a bit far. The parking lot was lacking because most people drove their own cars.

The toilet haven't got clean I saw cup toothbrush from another customer before me was left in the toilet

The landlord here has a very bad attitude, not enthusiastic from check-in, handling problems for guests until check-out, but the security here is good.
