The location is both convenient and quiet. It is walking distance to many good restaurants and cafes. Also, it is close to the Tam Coc boating station. It is off the main street so very nice and quiet. We enjoyed the free breakfast there. The only drawback was that there was a power outage which wasn't their fault. The rain has caused the pool a bit muddy which is also not their fault. The host is very friendly and helpful.
