Hotel tidak ada lift dan eskalator. Saya dapat kamar di lantai 3. Sedangkan bawaan banyak. Saya pesan sutle bus jam 04.00 beberapa saat kemudian petugas hotel datang ke kamar. Supaya saya memajukan sutle bus saya di jam 03.30 dengan alasan ada rombongan yang berangkat dijam tersebut. Setelah jam 03.25 saya dilobby, ternyata rombongan yang akan berangkat tidak ada. Saya tetap diberangkatkan sendirian. Seharusnya bisa istirahat lebih jadi terganggu.
