I am very disappointed with Traveloka's service because after I arrived at the apartment it turned out to be unclear because we were not allowed to enter at the security post, they said we had to call Traveloka first, then I called the number on Traveloka, it turned out it was not active, then we were given the cellphone number of the Palito room security guard, then we were told to pay another 150,000, they said that Traveloka was just an introductory price, to stay there, pay again outside of the Traveloka price. This is called fraud, so we ended up looking for another hotel because we were disappointed, especially since the facilities also don't have a swimming pool. Please be honest.
