The homestay is a new building and is clean.

The place is nice, clean, and smells good. All the facilities are good.

Comfortable and clean place, cool AC, clean toilet, hot water running smoothly. Because it's located in a housing complex, the gate closes at 11:00 PM. This can be resolved by calling the receptionist.

Friendly and helpful front office… no deposit required if you don't bring small children ⛔️ The housing complex gate closes at 11 pm, the hotel is open 24 hours so if you want to check in at midnight you have to go around the grand mosque then google maps to 'fazza homes' then go through a small road and go in the opposite direction. Or you can WA the hotel admin directly to be guided, ⛔️ The water heater is a bit error, the water is warm but can't get cold 🥲 ✅Bakwan cart in front of the Juaraaa inn ✅Many minimarkets, restaurants, food stalls near the hotel ✅ Smooth toilet

The price is okay. According to budget. Clean, comfortable. Maybe just input that the AC needs regular maintenance, it is not cold at all. Maybe before the customer checks in, it can be checked first whether the AC is working properly or not. If not, then don't give it to the customer. It can be transferred to another room first. The room is clean and fragrant, but the noise from outside can be heard in the room. When staying there, it was very noisy at dawn, it was already crowded outside.

The hotel lobby staff are very friendly and very helpful. The location is comfortable and safe in a housing complex. The room is clean, there is a TV, AC, hot and cold shower, toilet, wifi, everything works. Parking is safe, the gate is closed at night, there is a guard 24 hours. The room is neat, clean, the bathroom is clean, the AC is cold, the TV is on, it's easy to buy food, the location is in a housing complex, not too crowded, the price is affordable with good facilities. Unfortunately, when I stayed there, the electricity went out twice, only in the homestay, I don't know why, overall, it's recommended, hopefully if I stay here again the electricity won't go out.
