One window was missing a latch and was permanently open a bit, allowing for street sounds, chatter, and cigarette smoke to waft in at all hours. The sound of the front door all night woke me up frequently (it has a loud creak to it). The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels clean, and the room was clean. The staff are very kind. Whoever owns the hotel may want to do some minimal repairs so a Deluxe room feels at least basic.

The entire hotel crew is friendly and on call 24 hours.

It is a very simple place, for one night transit it's okay. There is mold in the bathroom and a little in the bedroom. The room is simple, the bed is good, the air conditioning works well, and the Wi-Fi also works. You can hear any noise from the rooms next door. The guy who works at reception is very helpful and friendly; he helped us download a cheaper app than Grab, called INDRIVE, which got us a ride back to the airport for 22 ringgits. It's about a 15-minute Grab ride from the airport, and we paid 32 ringgits with Grab.

Comfortable and affordable stay. The room was quite complete for the price and even had a refrigerator, which was very convenient. Overall, it was good value for money and a pleasant place to stay.

The location is close to the airport, making it convenient for travel or just a layover. There are shops for groceries and other essentials, making it convenient. I enjoy coming here, even for transit and to meet up with friends or family in Malaysia.

The hotel staff is communicative, the rooms are clean, the facilities are good for transit rooms while around KLIA, and the location is also close to a minimarket.

The water wasn't hot, so there was no way to shower. Its only advantage was its proximity to the airport. The shop owner didn't speak Malay and was probably of Indian descent.

We are booking this hotel in the last minutes, landing in KL at midnight. There is no problem at all, the front desk is easy going even though we check in at 1 AM and check out a few more minutes after 12 PM. Completely fine with them.

I was disappointed when I arrived and was charged RM10 in tax. This should have been stated in the app; it's not transparent.

The hotel staff were nice in the morning, but when I changed shifts to the middle of the night with male staff, it felt like they weren't doing enough, or maybe their SOP wasn't helping with luggage. Maybe it's because the hotel is cheap? So, hotel guests should be self-aware of the price when it comes to quality. But my dad said this hotel is pretty good for a transit hotel at that price. Hopefully, it can improve and be more hygienic.
