The place is clean and new, the only downside is that there's no 24-hour front desk. Other than that, it's perfectly fine.

I stayed in room 303A. While not particularly spacious, the room was very comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean and fragrant. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and water and drinking water were available and worked well. A smart TV was also available, but it wasn't usable during my stay because it couldn't detect the Wi-Fi network.

This is actually an exclusive boarding house with several rooms available for nightly rent. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the hot showers work perfectly. A Biz Room is more than worth it. The owner is kind and offers a special rate if you want to extend your stay by two nights.
