The advertisement photo and the actual room are very different, the lights are dim, cobwebs everywhere, there are piles of sheets in the wardrobe (it looks like they've been used dozens of times), there's no toilet cover, the only thing that makes it comfortable is the strong tap water, and the strategic location, other than that I have to say No :)

Already paid in full at Traveloka. At the venue, the officer demanded an additional 20 thousand rupiahs because the price was different from Traveloka. They should have written a fixed price, so customers don't feel like they're being pressured. Not to mention staying on the 3rd floor which was dirty and never cleaned. The room was very uncomfortable, no blanket, the air conditioner was not cold enough, no towels, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, the mattress was just wires, very uncomfortable, my body hurt when I slept, the worst experience.

This hotel asks for extra money when we want to check in. If we don't pay, he wants to cancel our room but tells us to cancel it ourselves. The hotel owner is very deceitful. The worst service hotel and the worst review in Banda Aceh. Can't recommend this hotel. The hotel owner did not accept us to stay because we did not want to pay the excess that was asked even though traveloka had sold it at a fixed price. After that, the hotel owner blamed traveloka. What is the stupidity of the hotel owner? The hotel from below is indeed too dirty like a haunted house. Anyone who wants to be cheated must stay in the worst and most insulted hotel in Banda Aceh. From the staff to the owner, it's the best attitude I've ever experienced.
