Affordable and easy access distance

Best part: spacious room, Wi-Fi not so bad, towel, blanket, and toiletries provided, bathroom was clean. Needs improvement: bathroom needs a brighter light, there is no hot water, the air conditioning is not cool enough for handling a spacious room, mosquitoes are really annoying. This is not for all rooms, it's just for room 612. Sometimes a small room has great facilities, sometimes it doesn't. Staff were great, by the way. All doors come with an access card.
