The hotel was clean, the staff were responsive and friendly. Breakfast was decent, but the parking was inadequate, and the third-floor corridor had an unpleasant odor. Perhaps the mopping time wasn't optimal. I'll probably stay at Grand Makmur again next time. Best of luck.

This hotel is highly recommended. I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel grounds are clean and comfortable, and there's a swimming pool, though I didn't get to try it due to time constraints. The food is also quite tasty, with a wide variety. The room was clean, and the 53-inch TV was quite large, with Google TV, which was very enjoyable. There are also massage chairs available for a fee. Awesome!

This hotel is highly not recommended for those in the Jambi area. The food and service are very poor. Security is also unresponsive when asked for assistance. The rooms are also not as requested. When complaints are made, the receptionist is often argumentative and doesn't provide satisfactory answers.

It was a pleasure staying here. I had a junior suite. The room was spacious, clean, and smelled great. There was a small refrigerator, a hairdryer, cool air conditioning, and working hot water. I have no complaints at all. The hotel staff was also friendly and very helpful. I ordered food several times and they always called and reminded me when it had arrived.
