cleanliness, facilities are being re-considered

Dirty towels, bathroom not very clean, kitchen towel is broken, balcony door lock is broken and hard to lock

Only pictures of accommodation is new. Reality is so old.

the apartment needs repair, cleanliness is very lacking, the sheets need to be replaced, the elevator is dirty, the hallway has no lights. the bathroom has hot water, the TV works, the stove and sink work normally. the photos can probably be updated.. according to the current conditions.

I think the hotel can use A Lot of cleaning. Although I paid a considerably cheap price for my family to stay, cleanliness is most important thing. AC works well, but please do sweep and mop the floor. Simple things. Cobwebs, dusts and dead insects near the window just shows how the hotel lacks maintenance. My mother thinks the pillow also stinks, so she covered it with towel when she sleeps. Please pay attention to cleanliness. Thank you.

A spooky hotel, dark hallways with no lights. Not good for family vacations because the majority of the guests are young students.
