The apartment is very nice, easy to get everywhere, clean and comfortable, I will stay there again next time.

* Pros:*The one-night stay at Vortex KLCC was decent. The place is clean, though some furniture and parts of the unit need servicing or replacement. I booked two units: one had a full set of ceiling fans, including in the living room, while the other only had a fan in the small bedroom. The management was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to pay a deposit for just one unit instead of both. * Cons:*I initially booked because my booking at SkySuites was cancelled last minute by different owner. Fortunately, I found Vortex KLCC through Homestay with an affordable rate. However, I was upset with the view; I expected to see at least parts of Menara Kuala Lumpur, the Twin Towers, or Merdeka 118, but none were visible from the room. Additionally, the check-in instructions could be improved. Unlike other homestay owners who provide clear, standardized check-in messages, I had to repeatedly ask for information one step at a time. Overall, the stay was okay, but there 's room for improvement in both the amenities and communication process.

When we arrived at the location of this vortex suits, the check in process was very difficult. And it turned out that we were moved to another apartment which was very far from this vortex, where we had to walk 2 km and the position of the new apartment was very far from the MRT/LRT. It was very unpleasant, when you are very tired, you have to move again.
