Dirty. Clogged sink. Dirty bed covers. Broken light bulbs. No TV in the room. It's strange that anyone would stay here for that price.

The location is very close and strategic.

The bathroom floor wasn't very clean, with black grout on the tiles. The receptionist didn't read our request on the Traveloka app and gave us a room that didn't meet our expectations. The hospitality was lacking. The breakfast menu was mediocre for a 3-star hotel. We booked for two nights, but the room wasn't cleaned on the second day, and there wasn't any additional mineral water. The receptionist wasn't very friendly.

Clean hotel and close to toll gate access. Close to the hospital.

The room is okay, but the shower faucet is small, the AC is not cold enough... the bathroom smells really bad from the drain hole... that's the only downside. Otherwise it's okay.
