The best, delicious food, friendly hotel staff.

All good, but the hygiene must be upgraded.

There were small cockroaches in the bedroom, making it a bit uncomfortable and unsanitary in my opinion. But otherwise, it was fine.

The service is not good. The staff is not friendly.

Please maintain and pay more attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen.

The rooms are excellent and the atmosphere is very comfortable. If I ever go to Jayapura again, this hotel will probably be my best choice.

A hotel with a satisfactory location, service/facilities, and food. However, unfortunately, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom, both small and large. I stayed at this hotel for three nights, booking two different rooms, and all of them were infested. I hope the hotel management will address this issue, as it is very detrimental to the comfort and cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.
