I like the hot shower available at all times, good Wi-Fi, branded tea and coffee. It's a shame that soap and shampoo are not available separately. The bathroom floor needs attention, it's very slippery!! The food menu is incredibly delicious and complete. Please see the photos I uploaded 👍💯 There's ice cream too. It's a shame it's not good to eat ice cream early in the morning 😊, but it's okay if you bring small children.

This is my third stay. The room is comfortable, the AC is good, the hot water is great. There were 4 mosquitoes, but there is an electric mosquito repellent, because Tegal is a hot and coastal area. However, the bathroom floor is quite slippery, so be careful if you are elderly. The food menu is very diverse, great, complete, and economical. I also had ice cream, and there was Yakult 😊. The fruit selection is also amazingly complete, there are bananas, snake fruit, and mangosteen 😊. Rarely found in other hotels. Awesome.

I booked a room that was written for 2 adults on the app, when I checked in I was with my husband and 3 children, the officer didn't inform me about the paid policy for children but when we had breakfast, he informed me that children would be charged an additional fee.. Very disappointed with your service... I've stayed there not once, many times and always brought children but this year's service is disappointing.
