The hotel staff is helpful, though they smile a lot, hehe. The room rules are similar to those of a boarding house. It's right behind Indomaret, so it's easy to buy insect repellent.

The hotel staff was very friendly, but the room was ugly, the one in the photo was actually from 10 years ago I think. The cleanliness was not at all, the bed sheets were not changed, the pillow covers were not changed, the bathroom was not very clean, especially the toilet smelled really bad, the AC was hot but not cold (luckily there was still a window), the room walls were dirty with lots of graffiti, there was no TV signal, there were not enough power outlets, only one under the TV, the curtains were dirty like they hadn't been changed for a long time, the floor was not cleaned, basically everything was dirty except the blanket because it was changed immediately after moving in.

The mattress and blankets were dirty, even stained with what appeared to be blood. The white sheets were covered in brown and dull yellow stains.

Crazy, I intended to rest comfortably but got a dud room, the mattress sank, the mattress springs felt like they were on my back, the room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the AC was leaking, the bathroom was really dirty, they didn't give me a ladle either, the TV was dead, the remote had no batteries, what else, I really regret it, the picture in the app looks like it was from 10 years ago, the current one is really ruined.

The bathroom was dirty, the toilet was full of dirt/broken, the water was leaking, the AC was leaking water, the floor was muddy, there was no soap and shampoo, toothbrush... Very bad.

Not only once, almost once every two weeks, even if it's a long holiday, I stay here even though it's close to home🤣 The room is clean, the sheets and pillowcases and blankets are washed frequently.. only the toilet sometimes smells really bad🥲 so sometimes I buy my own air freshener haha thank you, hopefully it will be improved more😍
