I was on a business trip, so I prioritized affordability and proximity to my workplace. Therefore, I didn't have high expectations when booking. But the experience was quite good. - Disadvantages: The hotel doesn't have an elevator, the refrigerator only lights up and isn't cold; the room doesn't have a TV, the walls are thick so the Wi-Fi is poor, even with 5G it's still slow, I had to go down to the hotel lobby. - Advantages: The staff (Tý, Tiên, Mười, Linh) were EXTREMELY helpful, always available when needed. I left my belongings in the hotel's refrigerator => perfectly fine. I asked for directions to buy beef sausage => the receptionist ordered it for me and delivered it to the hotel, without any extra charge. The owner lent me an iron when my shirt was wrinkled. Cold water was always available at the reception, self-service. The room smelled nice, was clean, and was close to my workplace. Especially: All the restaurants nearby are super delicious.

The room was bright, clean, and beautiful. Importantly, my wife is quite timid and picky about accommodations, but thankfully she slept soundly at the hotel. The staff—Tien, Nhung, Sinh, Linh, and Muoi—were friendly, approachable, and polite. Furthermore, the company even gave my wife a birthday gift. It's close to many local and tourist restaurants. A minor drawback is the lack of an elevator, but since we were on the second floor, it wasn't a big deal.

The reception area is decorated in a chill, super quiet style, suitable for relaxation. The staff is super friendly and cute, both the receptionist during the day and the security guard at night. The day I arrived was almost 2am but I called the security guard to come all the way to the end of the street to carry my suitcase in for me because the road is small and difficult for large vehicles to enter. Last night when I came back, he also carried my suitcase to the car for me. Convenient location, close to the center, close to the airport, close to many tourist attractions. From the hotel, about 100m to the beginning of the street, there are tons of restaurants, everything is available. First time coming to Da Nang but the experience at this hotel was amazing. Next time I come back to Da Nang, I will definitely come here 🥰
