I wasn't comfortable with the toilet model without a jet washer. The hotel staff promptly installed one after listening to my concerns. The service was responsive and very personalized. Thank you.

The food was amazing, the housekeeping service was a bit lacking, but overall it was great.

Strategic location, lots of cafes around the hotel, all the food is delicious, but the room lighting is a bit lacking, and we wanted to check in at 2:00 PM, the room wasn't ready, it was delayed for 40 minutes, even though we were really tired from 16 hours of traveling from outside Java, I've never found a hotel that delayed check-in during my time traveling around Indonesia.

The hotel staff is okay, yesterday I extended my stay and asked for the same room, and they gave me one👍
