This is my third stay here because it's affordable, has complete facilities, and offers a great view. Recommended.

Overall, everything was good because we booked the villa suddenly, it's just that the villa doesn't provide sugar, salt, coffee, tea, oil or pans.

please pay more attention to cleanliness hot water is ok ac & fan are ok but the flies are unbearable if you have plans to cook, it's better to bring equipment from home so you won't be disappointed there is a roof top but it's not very useful

Nice villa with a nice 360 degree view. Just far from the crowd. Gojek is difficult to reach. often get lost (Immediately add it to the Go-Jek application for the exact location of the Roisview D14 villa). Then the front door is not closed, it is scary that people can peek from outside and the 2nd floor balcony is scary.

The view is really nice, but it's just a shame about the cleanliness. There are lots of insects and flies. If you bring small children, you have to worry, they might get in your ears and bite you.

The villa is very unclean, dirty around the swimming pool, there is a lot of gecko droppings, so I don't want to swim, the villa leaks from top to bottom, the wifi doesn't work, from coming to the end when I went home, finally because I protested, I got 100 thousand rupiah in exchange, many of the lights were out, I'm tired of staying at this villa, it was a very bad experience, I stayed there on a Saturday night and got an expensive price

There is no person in charge in Management, the villa next door (1 Unit) did Karaoke Ria & Noisy at 02.00 am until my whole family could not sleep until morning, And Management did not take any action, Service was also bad, no response at all. Check in also when contacting one of the Villa Staff contacts was not responded until when I arrived, and fortunately the other Staff responded quickly.

The villa environment and rooms are nice, clean, comfortable, friendly service, full of smiles and greetings, affordable prices, highly recommended and want to stay here again when I have another holiday in Batu City.
