I honestly don’t even know if this is supposed to be a hotel or some other kind of facility. It was extremely noisy, nothing like what I booked, and the room was much smaller than advertised. There wasn’t a single thing I was satisfied with, so I left early in the morning. I also had to deal with dogs barking throughout the night, which made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. It was truly a terrible and horrible experience.

Room was clean, big and well-maintained. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Location very convenient- close to shops, transport and restaurants.

I absolutely loved my stay here! I solo traveled to Busan and felt very safe with having the 24/7 front desk and security for the building. It is only a 2 minute walk to Jagalchi Station, and only three subway stations away from Busan Station so it was so easy to get anywhere in Busan and from the KTX station! The hotel room was spotless when I arrived and the beds were very comfortable! I got the city view room and the curtains were blackout curtains so it made it easy to sleep and take a nap if needed! 10/10 would recommend if you are traveling to Busan!

酒店的接待處凌晨三時至五時沒有人，不能代我預約計程車，有點失望！

冷蔵庫がやたらおおきいのはいいがちいさくてもかまわない。トイレが他のホテルはほぼすいせんべんざですがここはちがつておしりが冷たかった。残念です。

2回目の利用です。まず立地良し部屋も綺麗です。コンドミディアム的で使い勝手もよいので、また利用します。

名前が変わっていて1時間位ホテルを見つけられなかった。変わったのなら看板とか分かるような表示を道に出して欲しかった。入口も奥に入った所でわかりにくくえ2周ぐらいホテルの周りを探し回って1時間位掛かった。

駅に近くて移動には便利でした。 フロントのスタッフさんも感じが良かったです。 朝食を食べるところが少なく､少し 困りました。 綺麗で清潔な施設です。

立地がよく観光にとても便利でした。シービューのお部屋だったので、とても癒されました。お部屋も清潔で、コンディショナーやウォーターサーバーがあったのが嬉しかったです。快適な滞在でした。ひとついうなら、デスクがなかったので、パソコン作業がしづらかったこと。

地下鉄の近くで便利でした お部屋にスリッパが置いておらず、必要であればフロントで購入してくださいと言われました ルームウェアなども置いていません Ondle roomのお布団のお部屋に宿泊しました お布団が薄くて寝心地が悪かったです エレベーターは毎回とても待ちます あの客室に対しての２機のエレベーターでは、、
