very comfortable place suitable for family

+ location in a cluster housing complex, quiet, safe, comfortable, cool, nice view, there is a pool (not private) + villa building & furniture is good, still new + wifi speed OK + villa owner fast response when there are obstacles/complaints immediately called the villa manager to help, but it seems like not prepared at the beginning & there is no SOP for the cleanliness of the villa + no mosquitoes/animals that disturb - facilities: no extra bed, no AC/fan, no netflix (only youtube), no stove, water is not clear & small (in the afternoon the water suddenly stopped flowing, finally asked the neighbors & some took a shower in the MUSHOLA complex, the villa owner suggested using the prayer room toilet) - max capacity 5 people (if more will be charged 50 thousand/person) - cleanliness: there is rotten rice in the rice cooker (not photographed because it is very ticklish), dirty smelly refrigerator, dirty sink with lots of crust, bedroom floor with lots of hair falling out, found false eyelashes on the bedsheet over all for the villa building is OK, but for the facilities & cleanliness is disappointing (hopefully this will be an insight for the owner to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the villa) My suggestion if you want to stay here, contact the owner before the big day, make sure all areas have been cleaned & the water is sufficient

Location in a housing complex, approximately 25 minutes from the city center. Like living in a house, there is a stove, refrigerator, magic jar and cutlery, but no cooking equipment is provided. If you want to cook, it is advisable to bring your own equipment. The first day was comfortable, Netflix was available, the room was clean and fragrant (as per my request). The room without AC, at night it was quite cold, but for those who are used to sleeping with AC, it might be a little less comfortable. On the second night there was an incident that disappointed us, where the electricity went out, so we had to call security for help. Netflix was no longer available, the bathroom lights were out, although in the end it was immediately fixed. nice place for families to stay. we stayed for 2 nights during our visit to garut.

Clean and tidy. The environment is comfortable and beautiful.
