The hotel staff are friendly, I booked 2 rooms, on the 3rd floor, the rooms are clean and well maintained, only 1 room I stayed in yesterday had an AC that was not cold enough and made the room smell, room 306, I tried using Stella spray/air freshener but the smell still didn't go away. When I go to Bandung, I always stay here, since 2018, it's comfortable, easy to find breakfast and food, the environment is clean, the staff are nice, in short, it's recommended.

Cheap, clean, and close to town.

The room was very comfortable, with hot water for showering. However, the wifi didn't reach the room, and on the second floor, the hotel staff wasn't firm in reprimanding other hotel guests who smoked in rooms with no air circulation. The hallways were foggy with cigarette smoke. At 2-3 am, they were very noisy, slamming doors and making loud noises as if they forgot other guests' sleep times. I had already reprimanded the security guard, but he seemed reluctant to reprimand the many smoking guests. Even though there was a clear no-smoking sign on the first floor, people were smoking on the second floor. The pollution was very annoying for my lungs. I had been breathing in the pollution for 3 days.

The water in the room was full of sand, even black, even though I turned on the old one, there was still sand, I talked to the staff several times but they didn't seem to give a solution, they just told me to turn on the old one.. but it's been 2 days and it's still sandy, minus the water and the staff didn't seem to want to help so that we would be comfortable staying there, I had booked for 2 nights but because it wasn't comfortable I only stayed for 1 night, I had no choice but to let the money not be refunded and look for another place

Overall, it's recommended for that price. Easy access, quite close to the station. The receptionist is also friendly. It's just that the security is not very responsive when guests arrive. In room 319 that I stayed in, the sink happened to not work. The rest is okay, the water heater works, and what I like in the room is that there is a Qibla direction indicator 👍🏻

The room was basic, the TV wouldn't work, the wallpaper was peeling, the mattress was unfit for sleeping, the floor was slippery, the pillows looked like cotton, and the towels were worn out. It's recommended to do a survey before booking.
