Booked at 7 pm 2 villas, arrived there at 12 midnight, 1 villa for 10 people, because we went for a big family, but when we arrived at the place, only 1 villa was ready, finally we complained, the reason was the sheets in villa 1 were sold out because it was always fully booked, and there was no extra bed, so in villa 1 we slept without sheets and pillows, and there was no extra bed, finally arrived at 3 am, we asked for compensation and the owner was cooperative, we rented 2 villas for 3.7 million and the owner gave us compensation of 1.5 million, our money was returned, only the guard Ridwan was very rude, met us without clothes, and half an hour we just arrived waiting for an answer from the villa for the other villa, the guard was sleeping, even though we were outside the villa with small children and elderly people, strong sea winds and drizzle, the villa was dirty, when it rained there were also some leaks, for Mr. Ilham, Mr. Agus and the security guard there were good & cooperative thank you !!, I just don't like Mr. Ridwan who is rude to guests. And several times my nephew was scolded by him.

The service is good and friendly and also very helpful, only the kitchen equipment should be added 👍

The hotel staff is friendly, responsive, the owner is also responsible. A little correction, maybe the water heater in the bathroom needs to be fixed, the electrical sockets also need to be fixed, the kitchen is okay, there are also many beds, suitable for family vacations

For that price, it's okay because it's a nice place to hang out with family and definitely safe for children, and before it was on the app, we had also stayed there, it was just a shame that there was a problem with the electricity at the time, but it wasn't a problem because it was immediately handled.
