Entering the guest house is not difficult, although the road is small but the road is concrete, so the possibility of slipping is small. The place is cool, the room is clean and comfortable. Thick blankets are warm enough during the night. no AC because the air is already cold. Hot shower, but only for a short time. enough for bathing and soap. The view from the guest house is amazing. If the weather is clear, you can see Mount Batur, Mount Abang and Mount Agung. Lake Batur is also clearly visible from the guest house. With affordable prices, I feel very satisfied. I don't want to go home soon.

The hotel is not bad. It's also clean. It's just that the service really needs to be improved. The access is really difficult, but calling the contact number is also no less difficult, aka no one picks up even though you need to ask where and how to access the location. So I got lost everywhere and it turned out that the entrance was really small and almost invisible. When I wanted to check out in the morning, there was no one guarding the front desk and I tried calling but still no one answered. If the service is improved, I still want to stay there again because the view is really good.

The hotel was empty, the internet wasn't working, even the local TV couldn't connect because the cable was broken. Don't have hot water so overall was disappointing. The only thing that was good was the view. Oh, luckily my phone still has signal 😊.
