I booked a hotel at 20.30 WIB due to a flight delay (demonstration from Jakarta 29Aug2025), it is possible that the flight was delayed beyond the hotel check-in time (>23.59 WIB), there is no feature that is appropriate for this complaint

Clean and comfortable place, strategic location because it is close to Awal Bross Hospital.

Like boarding houses, there are no facilities in the room as described 
No free bottled drinks, no TV. The room is damp. There is only 1 towel and no toothbrush is provided like most hotels. 
At night the inn staff is not on standby so it is very difficult if you need help and the hotel phone number cannot be contacted.

Tidak ada free minuman kemasan, TV tidak ada. Kamar lembab. Handuk hanya 1 dan tidak di sediakan sikat gigi seperti hotel pada umumnya. 
Malam hari staff penginapan tidak standby jadi sangat susah jika butuh bantuan dan nomor telfon hotel tidak bisa di hubungi.
