Very good rooms and very good facilities

It was very different with rotana mekkah Location i paid for tower 1, receptionist gimme tower 2, i asked for moving room since night 1 till night 4, but they didnt provide room to tower 1 I bring baby, but there’s not priority Very disappointed If location is tower 2, i wouldnt take rotana madinah for sure, price is for 5 star hotel, but location, facility, service like 3 star hotel Staff not helping when we ask for help, not 5 stars hotel service they give to us I had breakfast in tower 1, my room in tower 2, very tired to moved from tower 2 to tower 1 for 5 times breakfast In tower 2 there are restoran too, but not everyday open and receptionist tell us to take breakfast in tower 1 when we checkin in Very very disappointed Location very far for mosque

Friendly staff, luxurious room, and on top of all is the location, very well situated, will be back again with my family, insha Allah.

Very close to gate 310 and Raudhah. So blessed to see green Kubah every single minute through the windows 🥹. May Allah call us to visit that place every time we are missing the prophet. All the staff are so helpful and they can speak English fluently. Only the food was not really suit with Asian taste, but still good 😍
