The facilities are lacking. The air conditioning is hot, there are lots of spiders, and the rooms seem rarely cleaned. The location is good, as it's close to Alfamidi and a busy food court.

This time staying for the umpteenth time, the first time it smelled of urine and a damp aroma that time on the G floor, the second time in the same room as this time, it was getting better than the first experience, but this is still the worst regarding cleanliness, the floor was never mopped at least swept like that? Because there were no hotel slippers so we didn't wear slippers in the room, our feet were really dirty until they were black, and when the blanket was opened at the bottom of our feet it was really dirty there were several small strands of hair and chili seeds, so it was certain that this blanket sheet hadn't been changed, because we hadn't had time to eat anything, and hadn't used the blanket, so our feet hadn't entered the bottom blanket, please pay attention again and immediately review the cleanliness improvements.

The room is clean, but only in the toilet. Please be more careful about the cleanliness of the toilet.

Clean room, cool room, friendly staff

Wi-Fi is poor. There's no kettle/dispenser, making it difficult to get coffee. There's no refrigerator. There's no smoking room/smoking area, so you have to leave the lobby.

Actually, it's comfortable, but there's no smoking area, you have to go down to the parking lot, so it's not very comfortable.

The receptionist on duty at night was not very friendly, not very welcoming, and too complicated, with lots of rules.

Actually the room is very comfortable and cozy. Air con worked perfectly. Hot water was great. Tv show and wi-fi connection were cool. The only thing worth complaining is the cleanliness. We found some tiny cockroaches on the floor, moving underneath the bed, and that’s annoying. Also the towel hanger in the bathroom was so surprisingly high and unreachable.

I chose the Suite room, but honestly, the AC wasn't working (temperature 16, fan on full blast), so I couldn't stand to rest for long periods in the room. This room, especially since it's right in front, definitely felt the heat of the sun right inside.
