Spacious room

Swiss International Tabuk Hotel is a brand new hotel located just 8 min away from the airport. Since it's a new place, taxi drivers don't know the exact address, so it's better to have a clear map with the location or a GPS. Check-in is open 24/7. Was a bit difficult to retrieve the booking, but eventually everything was OK. Room are very spacious, comfortable with full amenities. Special mention to the continental breakfast, very late and of good quality. Recommended hotel for business travelers.

Facility and food was nice, but I had big payment problem. Be careful not to be required double payment by the Saudi young guy receptionist. I booked Swiss International Tabouk by Hotel.com. Though advanced payment to Hotel.com was done, Swiss Interanational receptionist required payment again during check out. A few days later I asked Hotel.com the refund. Hotel.com contacted the hotel and said hotel agreed to refund double payment in a week. Two months has passed but the hotel not yet refund. Give me back USD 110!!
