very basic I thought the lobby entry area was poorly laid out the pool spa was really the highlight of the property

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung. We will certainly stay here again when we visit Kaohsiung next time.

The hotel is very modern, super clean, and the staff were all very helpful. Very convenient location. It has a great Japanese style hot springs bath/sauna including a cold pool which you can go into…a nice break from Taipei's hot and humid weather. I would definitely stay again.

GOOD LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF

Clean and spacious room. I love this hotel, the beds are big. The bathroom is spacious too. There are air purifier in the room and there is a big sofa.

great customer service, amenities, clean, treats their customers like a VIP everyday! my flight was delayed due to weather and they were able to extend my stay for another night without making change my room! will definitely book with them again!

Hot tub, sauna, and hot steam room are so good. I wish the water of swimming pool could be heated a bit so it will be much better.

We were lucky to receive a room upgraded. The junior suite was absolutely roomy, comfortable, clean and yet private. The staff were professional and courteous hence it’s Japanese essence. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices, including at the club lounge. My only major concern at this point is that it seemed to have a glitch in their system for their reward program: I stayed at their property 8 months ago. Also dined at their Japanese restaurant where I was presented to join their “One Harmony” program, however my then stay (7 nights) and the expense for a dinner with my family at their Japanese restaurant were not counted in the membership that I had joined. During this time of check-in, I brought up my concern on it, I simply was told that what’s in throats doesn’t count …. This is very strange to me.

We had a fabulous stay. Room was spacious, and clean. Staff was attentive, professional and friendly. Top notch hotel that did not disappoint. 5 stars!

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the corner room layout was nice. Cafe at ground floor offered beautiful desserts, and the breakfast food spread was nice.
