AC broken, TV dead, no towels, bad service

There's nothing good about it, the bathroom is clogged, and the cleanliness is poor.

Never stay at this hotel, or your ID card as collateral will be lost, and the hotel will refuse to take responsibility. You'll suffer on your own. Description: 1. The room smells like underwear in the room. 2. Lots of cockroaches. 3. The AC doesn't work, just for decoration. 4. It's so noisy, like there's a celebration going on. 5. The security guard doesn't seem human. When someone comes in, they're always busy on live broadcast. It's really strange. I REGRET STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. I HOPE HE GETS REPLY. Just look at the photo. That's the ID card of the irresponsible manager. Hopefully, the owner finds out and fixes the hotel.

Dirty mattress, lots of spots. The bathroom is very bad because the outdoor AC is in the closed bathroom area so it feels like a sauna bath aka hot, TV remote, no AC.

Lots of dust, the AC fan in the room is noisy, lots of cockroaches, lots of dirty stains on the pillows and sheets, water often leaks.

The room was very dirty, there were cigarette butts in the bathroom, the toilet was dirty.

Everything is bad, dirty toilets, young people smoking, women giggling in the middle of the night, the reason is repairs but it is indeed disappointing.

Entering the first room, it was a mess. I asked to move rooms but there was no water. I was told to wait for 1 hour and there was no water.

The bathroom needs repair.

The room was very dirty, the sheets were dirty, the first time I entered the toilet there was still feces. So we were told to move to another room.

The staff was very friendly, Iam very comfortable to take a rest with my family here.
