Our Eden Reserve experience was amazing. High quality hotel and all staff is very friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the front desk manager is wonderful. If staying here, know the location is about a 25 minute walk up the hill from sea-side so plan accordingly. We walked it a couple times a day and is manageable. Great restaurants nearby including Sans Souci.

Great hotel, great staff and great location!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Der Service war absolut perfekt – vom Check-in bis zur Abreise lief alles reibungslos und sehr professionell. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Angestellten, die jederzeit ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hatten und sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert haben. Die Unterkunft selbst war einzigartig – geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme definitiv wieder!

Struttura incantevole per immergersi in un totale relax sul lago di Garda, con stanze modernissime e in cui non manca nulla. All'interno é poi presente una spa, doppia piscina e palestra. Un enorme grazie anche a tutto lo staff sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Fomos no inverno, portanto fora de temporada. Talvez no verão tenham o serviço de buffet no café da manhã. Pra nós foi servido na mesa, mas foi um café maravilhoso!. Pão fresquinho, frios deliciosos… tudo perfeito e o atendimento foi nota 1000
