The hotel is beautiful! The room was huge and had amazing amenities. Every single staff person from the front desk attendant to a housekeeper we ran into on the elevator seemed to hate their jobs and resent that guests were even on the hotel. They were not only not friendly they were outright rude and seemed genuinely annoyed at everyone around them.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable bedding. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean.

It was great. Came in too late to try out the rooftop lounge but hopefully we can try it next time if we use ya'll when we come back for my spine surgery. Trying to figure out dates for that now, but I loved the room layout and it'd work well.

Great stay the rooftop bar was everything

The hotel was very clean and the staff was so friendly. They had a pour your own beer station, which we took advantage of. Would definitely stay again!

I am not sure where to begin. The time and the experience my spouse and I experience as soon as we walk through the doors. The welcoming , inclusive environment, the dining options around community, the breakfast, the rooftop, the privacy, the doggie park, the actual suite was absolutely superb. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We look forward to coming back again.

Nice location. We were able to walk to Great American Ballpark. The breakfast team could improve. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived they were pressure washing the parking garage, we parked on the opposite end of the hotel due to entry ways being blocked. Also it is misleading when you have to go up a floor to check in, took us a minute to figure out how to get to the hotel from the spot where we had to park. The room it self was nice and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of food to choose from. It was late when we arrived , we went straight to bed. The next morning, turned the tv on and it said all channels are off air. We left early, so I just let the staff know about the tv at checkout, all I got was sorry I will let maintenance know. Overall, not a bad place but very confusing on checking in, and where the rooms are located. Some guidance would have been nice.

Very pleasant night stay. The only hiccup we had was one of the keys wouldn't work and had to be fixed. Very minor issue and the hotel clerk was very nice and helpful.

Hôtel was in a good location and was very clean. The only negative was the breakfast buffet. We went down for breakfast both mornings we stayed. The breakfast bar was wiped out. They couldn’t keep up with the amount of customers they had eating. The coffee was also empty both mornings. We had to go elsewhere and pay for breakfast.
