Unprofessional staff. Don't know how to communicate. Requesting for reschedule due to medical reason need asap surgery was ignored. And lie that I was asking to cancel full refund to the owner property. Which is the biggest lie they made of. Taking advantage from someone who need medical treatment just for having extra income are zero humanity.

Highly recommended, for family events, gathering with besties is also fun, besides that the cleanliness is also very well maintained, the rooms are nice, the staff is also very friendly 😃. The best
