It was better than others in the area. Parking lot was well lit. They allow dogs and have part of a lot you can walk them. Owners of dogs need to clean up. Did not seem like people were just living there. Room was clean. Not all of the lights would come on, but i didnt ask for help. Ice was out of order.

The fridge didnt work, the microwave barely worked, the pillows were hard as a rock, if you check in early they charge you $10.00 extra in cash, the sheets on the bed were either stained or burned, there was no cleaning staff and it was really hard to understand him, the toilet had to be flushed twice and the wifi was terrible and would barely run anything. I strongly recommend not staying here.

We had to buy cleaning supplies and pillows just to stay the night. Fromthe headboard to pillows it was filthy. The tub had a clump of hair, just sitting in it. The remote, cabinets and counter had a layer of sh*tso bad it took industrial cleaner. The gap on the door was over 1/2 inch. There was no lock on the door and we put crimesceen covers on our shoes because the floor was so bad, our socks turned black in five minutes. Very disturbing!!!

I arrived after a 15 hour trip from PA to GA, only to be told that they have the hotel.com itinerary, but "so sorry we don't have any room. go get your money back from them." the check in room was filty and cigarette smoke everywhere. Sleeping in my car was better

Check in was uneventful. We were not greeted well and after reading on the site that pets are welcome we get slapped with an extra charge as we check in. We did get two cards to the room and as we entered it was a smoking room. We did not choose a smoking room and we also chose a small dinette to cook while we were there. None of that was provided. We went to get ice and the ice machine is broken down so we had to make an extra trip to get ice. Since there were several events in town we could not find another place to stay so we were literally stuck in this place. As we went out to take our animals out to go to the bathroom we were told or actually grunted and pointed at by the property owner to take our dog to another property. Which at night is quite a bit scary since we had no idea what that section of town was like, So my husband decided to walk the dog since we were not aloud to let them use the bathroom on their property. As the night progressed we decided to order pizza because on the room key card their was a coupon that stated 25 percent off Papa John’s if given the code on the card. Well that was false. We didn’t get any discount and paid much more than we were expecting. The upstairs guests had no regard for quietness during bedtime from 11pm-7am. Their dog barked constantly and they paced and stomped all night and morning. We asked for extra towels and wash clothes and never received them. And we were constantly seeing bugs everywhere. Awful

I didn't stay nor did my friend, for whom the reservation had been made. The outside of the building was shabby with two appliances beneath the outdoor stairway. The parking lot was dirty. The clerk appeared scruffy and was incredibly rude, appearing racist toward my friend. To me, when I asked if I could pay for the room in advance, he said "We don't have any handicap rooms." If he'd been courteous, I would have responded the same as I did, quietly saying, "I'm not staying." He then said, "The room is for him?" At one point, it sounded as if he said, "If we have any rooms." In my many years of traveling around the country, sometimes staying in some older motels, I've never been treated rudely. This was a first. I didn't have the opportunity to see the inside of a room, but based on the outside, it's difficult to imagine they would appear as the online photos displayed. I will say that OYO management, the chain owners, was gracious and courteous, apologizing for our experience and refunding the week's rent that had been charged.

The microwave did not work. It was ok for the price we paid. Front desk not very accommodating. They were suppose to be a pet friendly hotel. Front desk lady asked us to go to the next lot out of the hotel fence to walk our dog and potty. The front of the hotel is mostly concrete with a small patch of grass on the very front close to the road. It’s a little ways to the grass where your pet can use to potty. The dog might not be able to hold its pee to get to the next lot.
