Nice, new hotel. Very clean! Nice pool. Breakfast was pretty good though staff was harder to find in the morning. No one was at the desk

The room and hotel were fine (except for the dismal shower pressure that many of the guests were commenting on) but the daytime desk staff were terrible. After an early morning departure, I discovered they had charged an additional $131 to my credit card, requested by them to cover incidentals. We had no incidental charges, and I had pre-paid for the room through Expedia. The desk staff claimed Expedia had a problem sending the Hampton our payment, so they were charging my card (not the price of the room, btw, which was actually about $70 higher than the duplicate charge) until I resolved it with Expedia. When I said the hotel needed to work that out with Expedia, they said they had no phone number to call them for resolution. It took several days and a negative comment on my Expedia account to resolve the overage charged by the hotel. NOT a great way to do business, Hampton. Will think twice before staying there again.

Nice hotel, quiet looks pretty new

Very slow check in. They gave us keys to a room that was occupied so we walked in on other hotel guests in their room.

It was great! Everything was clean. The pool was fun and the waffles and coffee were great! so we were well rested and ready to get on the road again the next morning. The staff was pleasant as well!

Had all of the attributes of a Hampton Inn; but a bit rough at the edges. Breakfast was mediocre, unorganized, and understaffed. Front desk was not quite as welcoming as we have become accustomed to. And we had to ask at the desk for a complimentsry bottle of water. Good property; but needs a little attention and staffing.

Clean and lovely. Friendly staff but they knew little about how to visit Lake McConaughy, parks etc.

Hubby and I will stay here again! Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, and convenient for our road trip.

Lucas at the front desk was awesome. Rooms are beautiful and I slept like a baby.

Clean and lovely. The clerk was friendly but knew nothing about Lake McConaughy or town parks.

Great clean hotel right off the interstate. We stayed on our way to Mt. Rushmore and would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful breakfast. Room was nice. Bathroom didn’t have hand towels or wash cloths. Toilet ran all night - every 10 minutes.
