Very nice since it’s new. Nice rooms and comfortable bed and pillows. Great stay overall.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was great! The first time I stayed on the 3rd floor, but this time I was on the 2nd floor. I could hear the people above us stomping around, but I think they were just heavy footed. Other than that the breakfast was great, the beds were nice, and the room was clean! We will be back!

Great place, clean and good service, staff is always available and polite

This hotel was CLEAN, the breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and the stay was overall comfortable! Having the bag carriers by the door made bringing our stuff up to our room so quick and easy. We are definitely staying here again. My only advice is, bring your own pillow!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton. Staff was friendly and the hotel felt very clean and comfortable. I stayed with a family of young toddlers. I would recommend to others.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was not the greatest. Plenty of choices but the food was not hot.

I liked the pool that it was very nice and clean and not crowded. The breakfast was excellent, other hotel's breakfast are horrible.

I have never slept good at a hotel until our visit in Hampton Inn & Suites at Cottonwood!!!! Hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast offers variety. From waffle to oatmeal, cereal. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I already booked another staycation here at this location!! Thank you Hampton Inn!

Brand new and just perfect!

It is a very new hotel and well designed . It was very close to Jerome which is where my race started.

Property is very new and therefore clean, comfortable and modern. The area around is is pretty standard and not really walkable to anything interesting, but the price reflects that. Breakfast was decent with some basic options.

Staff friendly. Facility clean.
