Lovely new up market hotel with modern fittings. Very clean and easy to access. Quiet location with friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed on a Saturday and the office closed at 5pm. There was an issue with the TV sound. I rang the motel number to get assistance but was put through to a call service. No-one bothered to ring me back so I had to sit on the end of the bed as I could barely hear the TV. The drinking glasses in the cupboard were not cleaned properly ( they had lip marks on them). The room was very small compared to every other Mantra I’ve stayed at. No counter to put your bag on in the bathroom. The towels were damp as they are kept on a shelf below the sink which leaks from the tap. The bed was soft and comfortable.

Parking was restricted. Reception not very warm or efficient. No facilities on site

Checking in is reasonably annoying as the reception keeps very short hours. The location is somewhat handy for the hospital but is substantially far from the cbd and on a busy road

I won’t stay here agin, the car park was very narrow to park the car even for small car. I saw 2 cars got stuck while the owners tried to park the cars. No room cleaning during my stay, the bar fridge was not cold.

No towels or bath mat provided in the room and no response from Mantra until the 3rd phone call where someone came from home to deliver linen at 9:30pm, not impressed at all.

A brand new facility and the soap dispenser was empty Bar fridge was warm , In description it says bottled water in rooms , yet you need to go to reception for them Carpark very small

Lovely place to stay. Comfortable bed. Very clean and neat.

Need more hooks to hang towels in bathroom, also shelves for toiletries and makeup. Otherwise a beautiful room and the bed was so comfortable.
