1. The staff who are specifically assigned to the villa area are very friendly, even helping us carry our things when we were placed in a room on the 2nd floor

- MINUS POINTS
1. During the check-in process, it was really difficult because you had to come to the hotel lobby area/not in the villa area
2. The wifi was not connected, it was informed from the beginning but it still couldn't be used until the end of my stay, even though I had work that required me to use the internet
3. The electricity suddenly went out at 04.30 on the second day of my stay (really disrupted my rest time)
4. There were no guards on standby around the villa until I had to come to the hotel lobby
5. Given an operator number but the response was lacking
Before changing owners, I had subscribed to this villa every time I went to Pangandaran (2-3 times a year) but because when I wanted to order to the previous owner, I was directed to order to Traveloka, I finally ordered there, I thought it was still the same as before good facilities etc but it turned out to be very different
even though I have complaints I will still give a rating of 5, because I don't want this mistake to happen again for other customers
