Pros: Spacious room, big bed, fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, tidy, sockets near the bed. Cons: No closet, no hangers in the room, no chairs in the room.

I chose a gazebo that looked nice from the outside, but inside it was terrible... there were spider webs on the ceiling, no wardrobe or at least clothes hangers (so clothes were stored on the bed), there wasn't a single mirror (luckily I brought a small mirror), the hot water didn't work, the drain hole in the toilet didn't have a lid so cockroaches could get in and out... I was forced to extend my stay in that room because other accommodations were full... This is the first time I've experienced something like that😏

The villa doors couldn't be locked, so I had to carry my valuables everywhere during my stay for fear of losing them.

I don't recommend the family type room for you guys 👎🏻

Maybe the hotel should do a treatment so that insects like ants don't roam around the hotel room.

- PLUS POINTS 1. The staff who are specifically assigned to the villa area are very friendly, even helping us carry our things when we were placed in a room on the 2nd floor 2. Always offered a room to be cleaned and additional amenities if lacking 3. Comfortable room 4. Spacious parking lot - MINUS POINTS 1. During the check-in process, it was really difficult because you had to come to the hotel lobby area/not in the villa area 2. The wifi was not connected, it was informed from the beginning but it still couldn't be used until the end of my stay, even though I had work that required me to use the internet 3. The electricity suddenly went out at 04.30 on the second day of my stay (really disrupted my rest time) 4. There were no guards on standby around the villa until I had to come to the hotel lobby 5. Given an operator number but the response was lacking Before changing owners, I had subscribed to this villa every time I went to Pangandaran (2-3 times a year) but because when I wanted to order to the previous owner, I was directed to order to Traveloka, I finally ordered there, I thought it was still the same as before good facilities etc but it turned out to be very different even though I have complaints I will still give a rating of 5, because I don't want this mistake to happen again for other customers hopefully it will be material for future improvements thank you

The hotel staff is friendly & immediately responded when we asked for compensation because the first room was uncomfortable, they immediately replaced it with a better one. Because it is under renovation, it is a little less comfortable with the surrounding environment but overall it is ok because I have been a regular at Blue Orchid
