Super satisfied, spacious room, clean, friendly and enthusiastic staff, I had a problem with the bill but the hotel supported very quickly and thoughtfully. This facility does not have a variety of food services, but when ordering food, the staff still sent it to the room.

we booked 2 room , actually with good price. But at my kids room, the smell from toilet/bathroom bit annoying. maybe because of we were arrived late night, had been too tired for further complaint. the front desk help us to recommend tasty Pho Restaurant near hotel, also give us good price if we want to extend it. unfortunately, next morning while we agreed to extend with certain price, just in a minute they told us that price was increasing and couldn't make settlement with deals price previously. It was a bit annoying us, so we decided to move to another hotel and pay it instantly via OTA. After we did all payment to another hotel, their manager suddenly came up and offer me to extend and pay with deals price. SoRRy mate , too late. better train your staff well about grab the deals well. another one, they only clean up room every 2 days. not a good standard for cleanliness for even a bugdet hotel. if we dont insist them to clean up or bed making , maybe room would be left dirty

Friendly staff. I like the room space like my own home. The kitchen is fully equipped. Every time I come to SG, I will book here!
