All staff very friendly. Room ok even not very spacious. However, since I was staying alone, it was still suitable and served its purpose well. comfort, clean, bathroom also clean, basic tv channel, good air conditioning. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 4 is because of the lack of basic amenities. There was no kettle or mug provided in the room, which I found quite inconvenient. I didn’t know this when I booked, so it was a bit of a hassle having to go reception area just to get hot water. And without a mug, how can we even make coffee? It would really help if the hotel could provide at least a kettle and mug in each room. Small thing, but it makes a big difference for guests.

The toilet not clean enough. Got dirty stain in the toilet bowl, dirty bathroom wall & bathroom sink. Yucks. I don't have time to request to change room because I booked the room to just to get ready for an event and sleep. Not worth RM99 for a room with no window.

The staff is friendly & helpful, but the room has smoking smells though it says it is non- smoking

There is an iron and dispenser near the lobby, the receptionist is friendly, there is hot water, the room is clean and tidy, the toilet is clean.

Its small room one entire bed is 75% of the room. I am not sure you can call that a room honestly. Very claustrophobic, bad air conditioning, untidy, the bed sheets were not even tucked in properly, floors unclean, no waste basket, no place to hang clothes or keep luggage, no room cleaning done duringthe entire four days stay. Really disappointed

The sabahan staff were very happening, very good, and very pleasant. Keep it up, sabahan staff! 💪🏻

The guest checked out, but the room was not cleaned before being rented out to the next guest. The staff lack experience, and there is significant room for improvement in their problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable room. Clean toilets. Water heater works well. No breakfast provided but don't worry because there are many restaurants in the hotel area. Leaving the door of the hotel smelled of food. Friendly staff especially the Sabahan one. He is very cheerful. Forgot to ask the name :D
