Honestly, the rooms are cramped, both the deluxe and superior rooms are equally cramped, feeling cramped. The prayer area is only in the hallway, where shoes are kept. So, if you want comfort, use the prayer room. There is a prayer room provided, but the AC is directly facing the bed, and the room is cramped. It's fine for a quick nap, but it's not ideal for a staycation.

The check-in/check-out process is fast & easy, only the surrounding area looks a bit shabby, maybe because it is located behind a shophouse.

When I first entered the room, it smelled bad, so I asked for it to be sterilized, but the staff was very responsive.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room cleanliness is also top-notch.

It's quite good and comfortable, there's only one thing that could be improved, don't just give the access card to anyone, other than the name of the person checking in, and if there are guests who want to go to the room, please call the person concerned first, thank you.

The hotel is decent for the price. Wi-Fi is decent at night, but it's terrible in the morning until checkout time. Breakfast is also so-so... hmmm
