Every thing was good

The staff was great. After a day of exploring it felt great to come back to the hotel and relax. Free valet parking was very convenient. The bar has a great environment to relax with some drinks. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel has a mall in the middle that made it convenient for some shopping.

An excellent choice to stay in the middle of the city in Amman. The hotel is in the same complex as the Galleria Mall. Plenty of shops and dining options in and around mall. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff is supportive but can have language issues as some.of them do not understand English. Overall a highly recommended.

This hotel was good. The room was great and so clean! I loved my upgrade. However, I am not giving 5 stars for the following reasons: breakfast was disorganized and slow, and the next door mall is small, with only a few fast food choices.

I find smoking in the second floor restaurant abhorrent and your promise of foreign currency exchange false. None of my US $20 bills were “acceptable “ and they were unblemished. At the exchange in downtown Amman they were readily accepted and their exchange rate superior to yours.

Nice staff and I liked the location.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, colocated with a mall. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is almost new, and the condition of the furniture, carpets and bedding is exceptional. The hotel location is also very practical to commute to/from the airport because the highway leading to the airport is nearby which saves a lot of time. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays

Overall good property.

- Room window does not block street sound you can hear everything - Housekeeping only does change linen, they dont remove garbage and leftover food and dont refill water and coffee when cleaning -Room service food quality is poor - Hotel is a good 3-4 Star hotel, not a 5 star Positives : Great Reception and Security team

Good checking at every entry to the hotel. Breakfast should be more fresh items.

Excellent stay and id recommend it again.

One problem. If your room is facing into the shopping centre you can hear the lift all night as it locks into place on each floor.
