Lovely hotel but not as centrally located as I would have liked. Great staff, great room and a really good breakfast. Just not the location I would like as a tourist.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Park Lane hotel in Copenhagen. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the welcome, the ambiance, the location, the impeccable hospitality, the incredible quality of the services and the yummy breakfast food. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! We travel often and get to experience great accommodations and service, but this was one of the best we’ve. All the staff we deal with are friendly, warm, informative and helpful. A special mention goes to Phillip who was absolutely fantastic: smiling, attentive, professional, and passionate about his work. He greatly contributed to making our stay in Copenhagen even more pleasant and memorable with his attentiveness and excellent recommendations. A big thanks goes to Mathilde for her handwritten note for David’s birthday.

We had a great visit. Staff was extremely nice. Love that we could have our pet.

If I could give this hotel more stars I would. The staff was exceptional, room was large and well appointed, very clean. Parking was free and easy, close to hotel. We chose not to have breakfast but enjoyed their delicious coffee in the room. Highly recommend. Walk to the train station was easy, train to Copenhagen was 12-14 minutes.

Super nice hotel. Completely redesigned and refurbished. And great restaurant Rose Rose in the building. Not to mention amazing Michelin star restaurant Parsley Salon in the basement.

The hotel is outstanding in many ways, conditions, service and restaurants. A significant benefit is the location for walking and access to public transit to explore the area. The Rose Rose restaurant in the hotel receives high marks for food selection and quality. I would certainly recommend this hotel as well as return stay on future visits.

Hotel room ok. Gym w/o equipment for any Cardio training. Restaurant not able to seat me at 6:15pm and at 9pm (staff available to limited in number).

This is a cute hotel. We chose to stay for 5 nights from Christmas Eve. The staff are all lovely, professional and welcoming. However, it was very clear after check in that this boutique hotel is for business travellers and was not geared up for family or Christmas travellers. No special Christmas Eve touches and the tv app doesn’t work for European travellers. The reception manager, Robert, very kindly loaned us his iPad to watch a Christmas movie. Breakfast is £35 per head, so we skipped that and ate at the city centre eateries which offered more choice and much cheaper. A pleasant stay but just the wrong hotel for our family Christmas holiday…

Lovely personal and bespoke environment and cherry, helpful staff. Restaurants were excellent. Zero noise. loved the handwritten note and gift welcoming us. It was lovely!

Had a superb time. Loved the room and the breakfast and both restaurants on site. The staff were really accommodating and provided exceptional customer service. We will be staying here again. Highly recommend.
